Looking to simplify your cooking? I know I am! While I love looking at those recipes that have 25 steps and just as many ingredients, I can barely dice onions properly. (Even after watching this video). So what makes a recipe easy for me?

- Nothing exotic that I have to go to a specialty store to find
- Quick to cook, or that I can put into the oven on delay
- Anywhere I can substitute pre-cut, or frozen cut vegetables for fresh
Many of the meals that I will have recipes for can be easily customized to fit in with your family’s pickiness. For instance, my husband likes the taste of onions, but not the texture. So I use onion powder to get the flavor. Like a different sauce, use it. I will note which one I use, but your family might like a smokier BBQ sandwich, so use that instead.
